The evening bar service was slow. I waited 45 minutes for a drink one evening. An employee chatted with other waiters instead of serving customers. I would avoid her. She really needs some training!

poor window unpleasant room

i was a little let down by the lack of attention to detail in the room. a draft came in due to poor window fitting that caused noise and discomfort. the room felt cold and quite unpleasant as a result of this.

prosecco bottles familiar faces

The breakfast buffet had a fantastic range. prosecco bottles were available for mimosas. We indulged most mornings. the restaurant offered an expansive snack menu. fries and pizza tasted amazing, maybe the best. we loved the pool, but the view was amazing! we enjoyed the spa, pool tables, table tennis, and sports tv. the staff were kind and attentive. we got to know familiar faces each day over our stay

some areas are a little tired. bedroom floors looked a bit worn

nice view breakfast option friendly staff cleaning detail ineffective air conditioning additional charge

the room layout had nice views. breakfast options included many choices. the staff seemed polite and friendly, especially at breakfast, and were eager to help with any requests. the location suited my needs well, as it was close to amenities.

i found that some areas needed more attention to detail during cleaning. the air conditioning was not effective enough, so the room felt stuffy. the indoor pool area had an additional charge per person, which seemed unusual for a hotel of this category.

the bar prices felt unreasonable. i paid ten euros for a vodka without a mixer. housekeeping entered my room and inspected it. i reported dirty water in my room, and it took over two hours and multiple calls to resolve. it caused considerable inconvenience.

the spacious room featured a great coastline view. breakfast included many choices and regular replenishment. staff were helpful and friendly. free car parking was a bonus.

i found the hotel management unaccommodating. they handled a water issue on my wedding day poorly. this delayed my wife and bridesmaids. we had to use cold water from the sink after a sunny day.
